Return Policy
Our services are principally construction-based and delivered on site. This policy applies to physical goods supplied as part of an engagement, such as fittings, materials or fixtures.

1. Scope
This policy applies only to physical goods supplied under a written quotation. It does not apply to labour, design or installation services.
2. Return window
Requests to return unused, undamaged and unopened goods should be made in writing within 14 days of delivery.
3. Condition of returned goods
Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Bespoke, custom-made or specially ordered items are non-returnable.
4. Process

5. Costs
Unless goods are faulty or mis-supplied, return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applicable UK legislation.
