Refund Policy
This policy explains how we handle refunds relating to deposits, goods and construction services delivered under a written agreement.

1. Deposits
Where a deposit is paid to secure a project slot or order materials, refundability is set out in the written quotation or contract for that specific project.
2. Goods
Refunds for returned goods are processed once the goods have been received back and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
3. Services already delivered
Where services have already been performed to the specification agreed in writing, refunds are not typically issued for that work. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the contract.
4. Faulty or mis-supplied goods
You are entitled to a full refund, replacement or repair for faulty or mis-supplied goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
5. How to request a refund
Email nerijussliuzevicius4@gmail.com with your project reference and details. We aim to respond within five working days.
6. Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights under applicable UK law.
